Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to feel confident when ordering from Aston, which is why we offer inspection at the time of delivery.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
Check at the Time of Delivery
When your order arrives, you are allowed to check the product in front of the delivery personnel.
If:

You receive a damaged or defective product

The product is incorrect

You do not like the product after checking
You may return the product immediately to the delivery person by paying only the delivery charge.
Exchange for Size or Colour
If you would like a different size or colour, you can also return the product at the time of delivery by paying the delivery charge. Our team will then arrange the exchange accordingly, subject to stock availability.
Important Conditions

No return or exchange requests will be accepted after the delivery person has left.

Requests made via phone, WhatsApp, social media, or email after delivery will not be considered.

The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, or damage after delivery will not be eligible.
Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are non-refundable.

For returns or exchanges, customers are required to pay the delivery charge at the time of returning the item to the delivery person.
